If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for whatever reasons, you may return it within 7 working days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Below are the Term and Conditions:

Seven working days are counted from the date you receive the merchandise. This date will be indicated on the Delivery Notice.

Shipping Cost
It will be free posting within Singapore. The item will be ship out via Normal Mail (without tracking number) within 1 - 2 working days according to your provided shipping address.
For shipping within Singapore, normally it will take 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday) to reach.
(Note: Registered mail is highly recommended. Buyer only need to pay additional S$2.25 for registered mail with tracking number. If not, the item will be sent out through normal mail and we will NOT be liable for any lost mail.)

Q: Will there be any warranty on the products?
A: We offer 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product purchased for whatever reasons, you may return it within 7 working days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please kindly contact us first prior to any return.
Q: If item is lost during the shipment, will I get a new replacement?
A: If you opt for the insurance option (send via registered mail) during the payment, then we will definitely resend a new replacement once the post office has confirmed that the item is lost. However, if you DID NOT opt for the insurance option, then unfortunately the shipping company and our company will not be responsible if item is lost. Thus, the buyer should fully aware of the risk of not including the insurance and should bear the full responsibility if the item is lost.
Q: If the parcel is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address or some other reasons, will I need to pay the postage again for resending the item?
A: Yes. The buyer will have to pay S$1.50 for the shipping and handling fee of resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address.
Q: Why did I not hear from you after sending the payment?
A: Normally, after receiving the payment from you, we will instantly send you a payment received email. Once the item posted out, we will also send you another dispatched email. Thus, by right, you should receive at least 2 emails from us for the whole transaction. If you did not receive any email from us, then most likely our emails were filtered out by your Spam software. Thus, please kindly check your "Spam" folder instead. If not, you may contact us again via ebay systems.
Q: Can I cancel my bidding if realized that I had bid a wrong item?
A: Yes. You can cancel the transaction.
