? The design should be in white and black color， only these 2 colors . Black lines and area is for carving， it's concave on stamp.

? There ischance that the box is deformed due to shipping. We have to say we won't be responsible for this. We can understand your feeling when you find it's deformed， but normally it's caused by outrageous delivery of expressman. So pleasemake sure you can accept this before order. Thank you!

-- We can't pack it with a suitable box， this box should be customized from other factory， and a box is 0.1KG at least. It will both add a bit more cost. Hope for your understanding!

Procedures:

1. Contact us to show your design and see whether it's ok for production. Normally， simple design high resolution JPG or PNG is ok. Complicated design AI or CDR file is required. For our already made design， you only need to tell the design NO and the changes you want.

For example: W-3 change name to Kate & Mary， date to 2016.4.12 / W-4 change the letters to A & B， date to 2016.5.12

2.Choose the right item you want and place order. Please check product description "Finished product" to view the items included in each option. Please leave these information to order after you finished payment:

1) tell the design NO and changes

2) attach the picture to the order. AI or CDR file， contact us to get our email and send it(please write the order number in title)， and leave message to order to tell your email

3. Waiting for production and shipping. Normally we will send it out after 4 days， but it will take 1 or 2 additional days if it comes across weekend. Hope for your understanding!

1. Use your own design / logo

? Please show us your design and see whether it`s ok for production

? For stamp making， please provide us the AI or CDR format picture of your design. If you don't have AI or CDR file， you can also provide us a clear JPG or PNG(high resolution) format picture.

? The design should be in white and black color， only these 2 colors.  White background and black outline ， normally the outline is concave on stamp.

2. Use our already made designs and make changes

?0.5USD higher cost than your own design，cause we need to do modification for you

? The changes available are as follows:

1. change the letters， for example， W-4 and change letters to A and C

2. change the date， for example， W-3 and change the date to 2016.1.19

3. change the name， for example， W-3 and change the names to Karry&Marry(better use same digits of letters
