1. All items are in-stocks. Shipping will takes place the next day. 2. We DO NOT provide non-registered mail as to prevent from package lost. Thus, strongly encourage customers to opt for Qxpress or Singpost registered mail or self-collection at store (196C Punggol Field).
We will check the items before mailing them out. However, in any cases stated below, we will do a one-to-one exchange or refunds. 1. Items are sold out. 2. Wrong items received (In terms of size/ color). 3. Defected item (e.g. A hole that is bigger than the size of 10 cent). 4. In case of returns/ exchange due to change of mind, shipping fee will be charged on account of customer. (Changing of size/ color/ other options stated in the listing).
Ineligible for returns & exchanges: 1. Items with customer-induced defects. 2. Items' value which decreased significantly due to reasons and are not in condition for re-sale, please kindly contact Qoo10 customer service for more details.
Exchange / Refund Procedures: - For exchanges/refund, the customer is required to post an exchange/refund request on "Qoo10" board within 7 days from date of receipt. (Reason for exchanges/refund and order number are required.) - Please provide detailed photos of the items if items are defected or received the wrong items. - Exchanges/refunds will be made after careful examination and confirmation on reported defects.
