2. To opt for registered mail services as we shall not be liable for lost as a result or normal mail delivery.

3. Due to this is a consumable product, once seal is opened, there shall be no return, refund or exchanges 

    allowed. 

4. If item was wrongly delivered, kindly contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at 

    tealicious85@yahoo.com and we will get back to you ASAP on the exchange (product must be unopened).

5. We accept that all orders submitted are final. Therefore, no cancellation is allowed.
