The feeling was super good too. I finally bought a full size container and I'm enjoying it! The first time taking this I took a full scoop, I could feel the intensity of the 300mg of caffeine almost right away, I had a killer workout. The next time I only took 3/4 of a scoop, which turned out to be just perfect for me (6'00" @ 185lbs). Overall, this is a good Pre-workout drink, gives you great energy and pump. It has a good taste. No itchy affects. You can feel the testosterone boosts after only a couple of day of use.There was only 2 major side effects that I found that kept me from giving thi
