Sauce Main Ingredient : Palm Oil, Onion, Garlic, Sugar, Chili, Salt, Lemongrass, Curry Powder, Candle Nut, Tumeric, Galangal, Ginger, Curry leaf and Tumeric Leaf and other seasonings

Cooking Ingredient:
- 1 package of Cheffaro Chicken Curry Paste
- 1-1.3 kg of cut chicken cube
- 200ml of fresh milk or evaporated milk or coconut milk

- Heat the curry paste at medium heat
- Add 1-1.3kg of cut chicken cube, stir well and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat
- Add in 350ml of just boiled water, stir well and cook for 15 minutes at medium heat. You may add more water if you would like to have gravy. You may cook for 20 minutes if you prefer softer meat or the cut chicken pieces is relatively big.
- Add in the pre-fried pototoes and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat. You may cook 10 minutes if your pototoes are not pre-fried.
- Add in 200 ml of fresh milk, low/full cream evaporated milk or fresh coconut milk and continue to cook another 5 minutes at low heat.
I normally will add 150ml of fresh milk and 100 mil of full cream evaporated milk and cook for 8 minutes to get more creamy glavy.
