All our items are QC checked before mailed out to customers

Payment

Please note that there will be no refunds/exchanges. Once payment is made, we do not allow changes to other colour / designs unless they are still available.

Shipping

1. All items will enjoy free normal/standard shipping in Singapore.

2. We are base in Singapore and items will be mailed out the next working day.

3. All items mailed out will be recorded and picture taken as proof of item being sent.

4. Singapore Registered post is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED as normal parcels cannot be tracked. Hailey's Closet will not be liable for any lost parcels. 

5. Any other surcharges incurred should buyer opt for courier services will be fully borne by buyer. Do indicate in the "comments" section.

Exchanges & Refunds

1. There are strictly no refunds. Exchanges will only be carried out in the event that the items mailed out to you is incorrect. However, if the item is no longer available, refunds will be considered.

2. For size accuracy, please refer to the measurements stated.
