Payment

All payments are made via Gmarket(credit card, bank transfer, PayPal etc.)

We do not accept any direct payment from a customer.

 

Shipping

All items are directly ship from South Korea

Orders will ship within 1-3 days of payment received,

though most will ship within 2 days during weekdays.

We do not ship on weekends and national holiday.

Our business day is based on Korean calendar.

 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office

to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company

or when you pick the item up-do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

 

1.Korea normal airline(Non-registere Mail)

:Shipping time for Korea normal  airline may vary from 7~10 days

We are not responsible for any lost items and return by normal mail.

Please put your correct address, recipient into Gmarket and check your mail box.

 

2.Standard(Eurasia)

:Shipping time for Standard(Eurasia) may vary from 5~7 days

Unique tracking number will be given.

So you can track the order with it.

 

3.Express(EMS)

:Shipping time for Express(EMS) is exreamly short(2~5 days) condidering it is international transportaion.

Unique tracking mumber will be given.

So you can track the order with it.

 

Cancel/Return/Exchange Policy

We accept cancellation until we ship the order.

 

A customer can return the order within 7 days after received the order.

He have to notify us that he wants return during that 7 days by e-mail or by Gmarket messaging.

We accept the return under these conditions below.

   1.The customer must not use the product in any circumstance.

    (Opening the package for seeing the product is OK.

    But if there is the trace of using, we cannot accept the return)

    2.The customer must send the order back to us for himself after he has gotten our acceptance.

    (We are not responsible for the shipping for sending back the order)

    3.The package must be received by us safely after sending back.

    (If it is lost during sending back, we cannot refund it.

     So please choose the mailing service carefully)

If any one condition of these is not fullfilled, we can't refund the order.

After we receive the package sent back, we'll refund the money which the customer paid

except the shipping fee for sending to him.

(Even if the shipping fee is shown as "Free" on Gmarket,

there exists the "real shipping fee" for sending the product to the customer.

We will charge the fee to the buyer)

 

We accept exchange the order with a new one or full-refund under following conditions.

     1. There is a manufacturer defect of the items.

     2. Wrong item was sent.

On these specific cases, a customer may directly inquire to us

and give us appropriate evidence to proof his claims.

Once his claim is approved,

we will show him how to reutrn, exchange or refund his item.
