Start with one eye and apply both Step 1 and Step 2 to the lashes, by placing the brush at the base of lashes and gently sweeping up to the tip.Next, apply both Step 1 and Step 2 to the opposite eye.For best results, apply Step 2 directly after Step 1 - no need to wait for drying time in between!
