Today, the Hanging Rock Winery is the largest winery in the Macedon Ranges. It boasts an extensive range of wines which showcases some of the best regions in Victoria. The goal has always been to select premium grapes from areas of Victoria best suited to the particular variety.

Taste:  Good nose of lemon and citrus notes with hint of flowers. Mouth bursting full of flavours.
Smooth and buttery with a good acidic backbone and a long finish with its lemon characteristics to the palate.
