As of September 2015, we have changed the built-in rivet magenets to scew on magnets.
12w to 33w will come with 6 pieces of magnets. 2 for the driver and 4 for the LED plate.








Live (L) wires should usually be red and Neutral (N) wires should usually be black.

Note that Earth wire should usually be green or yellow or even both.
It should be connected to the metal base of the light cover and should not touch the LED lighting. 

Do not panic if your Live and Neutral wires are not the of the same colour as the given ones above. As long as the Earth wire which should usually be green/yellow does not go into the connector of the LED light, it should work. Does not need to identify which is Live and which is Neutral as you can connect either side of the connector with your Live and Neutral wire.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1. If the item is defective and under warrranty, how to proceed with the exchange?
Please inform us by email or phone number before sending the item. After receiving the defective item, we will send out replacement to you. Alternatively, you may visit our warehouse at 48 Hillview Terrace #01-01 to do an exchange. Do remember to put in your name and return address on the mailer.
 
Q2. What do i need to bring for the store pick up?
You will need to present the voucher code either on a print out from your email or on your mobile device via SMS from Qoo10 or you can log on to your Qoo10 app when you are here. Without the voucher code, we will not allow the orders to be picked up.

Q3. Why doesn't my driver come with a double-sided tape?
Only LED lights with built-in magnets comes with double-sided tape. If magnets are seperated pack from LED light, there should be 6 pieces of screw on magnets. 2 magnets for drivers and 4 magnets for the LED light.
 
Q4. What do i need to bring for the store pick up?

Q5. How long will Qxpress delivery take?
Delivery by Qxpress will typically take 1-3 working days to reach you. Qxpress will do a pick up orders from us every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning. And tracking number will be made available by the same day in the afternoon and you can track your parcel from there. Eg. Assuming order on Monday night and we are closed every Tuesdays, the next pick up will be on Wednesday morning. Tracking number available by Wednesday afternoon.

Q6. How long will SingPost delivery take?
Delivery by SingPost typically ranges from 1 week to 2 weeks. As parcel is sent out via normal mail, there won't be any tracking number available. Seller will not be responsible in a case of lost mail. Buyer will bare full responsibility. Please use Qxpress for tracking.

Q5. Can I purchase via Qoo10 and collect at your affiliated shop?
No. Orders on Qoo10 for store pick up strictly at our main branch 48 Hillview Terrace #01-01, Hillview Building, Singapore 669269. Affiliated shops only do cash and carry sales.
