You can wear them under your clothes anywhere- at home, at work or to the gym- giving you the flexibiiity of slimming down on the go- everyday!
For best results, ladies are recommended to wear it for 8 hours a day for 6 days a week for 3 weeks (18 days of total wear)
Machine Washable (Micro-Encapsulation will last for 30 washes); You can still use them as normal tights after the 30 washes as the fabric still maintains its compression points due to the unique honeycomb structure.
