
Japchae(jabchae, chapchae) is a Korean dish made from sweet potato noodles (called dangmyeon), stir fried in sesame oil and soy sauce with various vegetables(typically thinly sliced carrots, onion, spinach, and mushrooms), beef and sweetened with sugar. It is usually served garnished with sesame seeds and slivers of chili. This dish is served at Korean parties and special occasions, with seasonal vegetables added.
How to Cook
1. Boil the noodles with topping(white plastic bag in second picture, open it and put the topping into boiling water) in boiling water (450 ml) for 3 or 4 minutes.
2. Drain the water completely with colander.
3. Put the noodles and topping in a bowl, add soy sauce(silver plastic bag in seconde picture, open it and put the soy sauce into the bowl) and sesame oil(brown plastic bag on the noodle, open it and put the sesame oil into the bowl).
4. Mix it well as shown the picture.
5. Enjoy!
