Parcels will be sent to your door-step, so need to make sure be someone at the shipping address to sign and receive the parcel. If nobody is in, courier worker will leave a note with the parcel's article no. at the door. Recipient can call to the courier office to request for re-delivery. There is a tracking service provided for checking the delivery status.
Estimated Delivery:
we have indicated our stocks availability in the details page example: the color and the size has ready stocks and how many quantity on hand, rest of color and size are for pre-order.
For in-stock items, we will send out the items immediately after order on request. It will take 1-2 working days to reach recipient's address by courier service.
For pre-order items, estimated shipping date will be in about 14 days after order on request.
Please note that Pre-order items may run out of stock without prior notice, we will inform the buyer
as soon as possible if the items is out of stock. We apologize for such cases.
No cancellation is allowed for pre-order item except for cases such as item is out of stock or
delay in delivery

Exchange Policy:
Only the defective item that cannot be mended can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Please email us photos of the defective item and sent back the item to us with the ORIGINAL TAG attached,
The item should be in ORIGINAL CONDITION as when it was sent to you.
Items that have been used are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Once we have confirmed that the defective item cannot be mended, we would EXCHANGE it with non-defective item to you,
or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate effect.
Buyers are required to bear the delivery costs of returning the item.
