1. Masukkan jarum ke dalam lubang (sesuai gambar). Pastikan lubang jarum berada di bagian bawah.

2. Tekan tombol di sebelah hingga jarum pengait dari alat ini bisa menembus lubang jarum dan menonjol keluar. Bila pengait tidak keluar, coba putar-putar jarum sampai pengaitnya berhasil menembus lubang jarum. Pengait ini nantinya yang akan "mengambil" benang dan menariknya melewati lubang jarum.

3. Kaitkan benang ke pengait.

4. Lepas tombol, biarkan pengait masuk kembali dan menarik benang melewati lubang jarum.

5. Keluarkan jarum yang sudah terpasang benang.
