1) Please store all Sherie products separately in bags/boxes provided to prevent oxidation.
2) All Shérie products should avoid contact with water, perfume, soap and alcohol, etc.
3) Please use micro fiber cloth designed for jewelry to clean Shérie products.
Shérie provides a 6-month limited after-sales care from the date of receipt for its products. Should the item be damaged, Shérie will try its best to repair the item FOC provided:
1) The damage is not beyond repair;
2) The stones/parts used are still available; and
3) The customer has followed Shérie Jewelry Care Instructions.
