On Dec 21st, NO RUG so I called and they said that it shipped and I would expect it by week's end (still in time for Christmas). When I tracked the package on Dec 22nd, it was in CALIFORNIA -- we live in Boston-- stuck in a truck somewhere, going by road travel. We finally received the rug on Dec 29th-- two weeks after purchase date... The customer service did apologize and returned the shipping and handling fee but basically blamed Fed Ex for putting it on the truck rather than 3day Air express.
