Von Java is a modern take on Indonesian cultural heritage. Our textiles, sourced from skilled artisans, are handcrafted using batik – an art of decorating cloth using wax and dye. We combine this tradition with modern minimalist sensibilities to create a collection for casual and semi formal daily wear. We celebrate the creative power of human beings.

UNIQUE BATIK PRINTS
- This unique print is made by hand over large squares of fabric in small batches. The cloth is decorated using wax and dye ("Indonesian batik"). The repeating patterns are created by copper stamps ("tjap”) while the more intricate details are hand drawn ("canting”)
PREMIUM COTTON
- Fabric is soft, lightweight and breathable, making it great for warm days, spring and summer. It is woven fabric, NOT a stretch cotton blend. It has a relaxed fit hip, wide leg and elastic waist. It also holds dyes extremely well so bright colors stay bright. (For best care, wash by hand or delicate cycle.)
SHAPE ENHANCING DESIGN
- Elastic waist in back combined with a smooth, v-shaped, tummy flattering front band prevents belly squeezing and gives the appearance of a flatter stomach. Flowing, skirt-like design makes our palazzo pants very feminine.
VERSATILE
- Wide-leg flowing design makes our women's palazzo pants ideal for many occasions. Looks dressy and elegant paired with a nice shirt and heels. For a more casual or beach style, looks trendy with a plain tank top and flip flops. Two side pockets included.
