We prepare our Ho Shou Wu Extract from the roots of Polygonum multiflorum plants which have been cultivated, harvested & processed according to traditional Chinese methods. To assure optimal quality Ho shou Wu roots, we directly purchase from China only roots that have been graded ''1st quality''.

Directions
Shake well before using. Take up to 40 drops in 2 oz of water or juice, two to four times per day.Best taken between meals.
