- Exchange Points are not transferable but can be combined and used by individual customers.
- E-Voucher codes to redeem Exchange Points must be present during checkout at our counter.
- E-Vouchers are only valid before expiry date. No Refund applicable for expired vouchers.
- E-Voucher are not exchangeable for cash.
- If goods value is less than Exchange Points, you will be given the balance of Exchange Points which do not expire.
- If goods value is greater than the redeemed Exchange Points, remaining amount will be payable in cash by the customer.
