Directions for Use
It is important to gradually wear in your Orthotics allowing them to mould to your foot's shape.
Place in shoes and wear for 1-2 hours daily. Slowly build up usage bu one hour each day until your feet are comfortable and adjusted.

Hand wash with warm water and allow to air dry.
