This item is packed rice with 100% Koshihikari from Tochigi Prefecture.
Put rice and water directly into the tray and cook directly, it is completely sterile safe manufacturing method.
By heating at high pressure in one stroke, sweetness of the rice, luster, stickiness are pulled out.
For safer and safer sake, raw material is designated as the origin brand name (Koshihikari produced by Tochigi Prefecture 100%).
We arrived at the factory as unpolished rice and we are doing it from rice milling to rice cooking to pack completion in a short time (about 4 hours).
