Measure your nipple diameter first (do it AFTER a pumping session). This 17 mm shield is suitable for mothers with nipple diameter 14-16 mm and nipple length smaller than 17 mm during pumping. DO NOT use it if your nipple dimensions are outside these range to prevent from discomfort.
