This tank has given him the confidence to wear lighter weight clothing and he's able to work out more intensely now that he's less worried about what might jiggle in the meanwhile. I got this because I have a couple shirts that are just slightly too small, and I don't feel like accentuating my curves, if you know what I mean. Wearing this under those shirts makes them fit just right without having to "suck it in." The bad news is that when you need to take this thing off, it's a workout.
