Suggested Use
For adults and children 12 years and older: Take two (2) tablets, two (2) times daily at least 1 hour before meals, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Other Ingredients
Arabinoglactan, cellulose, maltodextrin, stearic acid, enteric coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, silica, fd&c yellow 5), povidone, silica.
Contains: Soy.
Produced in a facility wit an allergen control program. The possibility of incidental cross contact with other allergic ingredients has been minimized. The facility processes some ingredients that contain trace amounts of milk, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soy.

Do not take if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or with a known medical condition unless you have consulted a physician.
