Please check whether the setting of your router is compatible.
Camera IP address and router gateway
Dynamic IP address allocation by DHCP becomes possible if IP address conforms.
Notes:
1. If your IP address of the router and the IP address of the gateway are not compatible with the IP address of the camera, change to the IP address of the camera using Device Manager.
2. Please login to the camera and install Active X Explorer Component for web access.
(It is safe though it is not Microsoft official recognition.)
3. When the POE camera has an adapter, ignore the adapter if there is a POE switch.
If not, please use the adapter instead of POE for power supply.
