Seller will not be responsible for any parcel lost using normal mail and strictly no refund the items if mail is lost. Registered mail is highly recommended.

Exchange and Return
- Any exchanges please send an email to us (we only process exchanges through emails)
- All exchanges pricing will be based on date of purchase
- Promo item is not exchangeable unless defect and any item tampered to claim defect will not be processed
- Buyer will pay for postage for exchanges
- Return and replacement mail will be posted through normal mail unless buyer wants to top up for registered
- All exchanges will be done through posting and sorry no meetup
- Exchange only accepted if requested within 14 days after receiving the items. No exchanges will be processed after the time limit
- All replacement item will only be posted out after receiving return package
- Any refund will only be processed after item is returned back and will be done through gmarket
