Exchange and Refund Policy

All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Threadlove Avenue shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the products during shipping.

However, if you have received a defective or incorrect product, please email us within 8 days from your order date, to admin@threadloveavenue.com. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Kindly note the following:

a. email subject heading shall be "Defective/Incorrect Merchandise".

b. provide details of the defective product and the order number/date.

c. product should be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.

d. customers shall bear the full responsibility to ensure the returned defective product is securely packed and sealed.e. customers shall bear the mailing/shipping cost for returning the product. We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange/refund process.

f. if the defective product is out of stock, we may replace it with other product of the same value.
