February 2018 ~ Orders received after Feb 9 will be sent out after Feb 26.

For orders in stock, we will try to send out earlier.

All orders in stock will be sent out before closing date, customised and out of stock orders will be processed after opening date and sent out soonest.

2. Indicate code in space (code in pictures below for example only, to key in code you wish to order only)

For custom magnets, please choose custom option and provide email under memo to seller with preferred design.

Additional charges will be advised via email and payable via Interbank Transfer.

All items are sent out via Singpost with pre-printed envelopes with return address. Hope to seek your kind understanding on leadtime needed to reprint for out of stock situation. We will send asap for those in stock items and others when ready for those which require customisation.

If there are additional fees payable, we will contact you for the correct rate.

Pls allow some time (5-7 working days) for reprinting for some confirmed orders and 7 - 10 working days for customised orders. Your orders will be indicated as sent via the Q10 system earlier, feel free to email galleriahouse@gmail.com for order status with Cart No. or Order No.

We apologise if your order is cancelled due to out of stock. Funds will be reverted back very fast via Q10's efficient system.
