Ferrum Phos helps the lungs to distribute oxygen throughout the body. It helps carry the oxygen in the circulatory system and is useful for relieving inflammations (e.g., sore throat, stuffy nose), nosebleeds and muscular strains. For first aid, fevers and first stage of inflammations, Ferrum Phos is your remedy.

Directions
Dissolve 3-6 pellets under tongue 3-4 times a day, repeat as required or directed by a licensed practitioner. Children-Half of adult dose. To be used according to label indications, standard homeopathic indications, or as directed by a licensed practitioner.
