• All items will be personally inspected before posting to ensure our valued customers always get the best quality and shopping experience with us.
• Orders will be sent out via SingPost normal mail in 1 to 2 working days once order is confirmed by Gmarket.
• We STRONGLY RECOMMEND registered mail via SingPost as Online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted.

• Normal mail post will take about 3-5 days (excluding Sat and Sun) to reach you.
• We WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any item (lost or damaged) sent out by Singpost normal mail and there will not be any tracking number provided.
• Meet up for collection is available at Ang Mo Kio, Bishan or Hougang MRT stations - 8pm on Monday to Friday and Sunday, 9-10am on Saturday. Item priced will not be reduced for meet up collections.
• For customers without paypal account or credit card, direct payment via internet banking transfer can be arranged.
