[ Characteristics ]
- Made from the combination of garlic, pepper, and other various spices to flour to satisfy the expectation of the true taste of Korean pancakes.
- Provide more convenience and great taste than using regular wheat powder.

[ Recipe ]
1. In a bowl, add 500g (½ package) of OTTOGI KOREAN PANCAKE MIX and 800g (4 large cups) of water. Stir well without lump.
2. Pick your favorite ingredients such as chives, green onions, kimchi, zucchini, hot peppers, sesame seed leaves and etc.
Chop them into bite-sized pieces and mix with the mixture 1.
3. Heat some OTTOGI COOKING OIL in a pan. Pour batter onto the hot pan with a ladle. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side
