Would the makeup brushes smell?

The #1 of Wayne Goss collection is made of goat hair, it has a particular smell to it. This is normal and please do not be alarmed, when it is time to wash your brushes, soak it in baking soda for 5 mins before washing, the smell should subside.
For synthetic brushes the hair itself has no smell, however, you may be able to detect a faint chemical-like smell which is coming from the glue that helps to fix the hair together inside the ferrule. The glue is completely safe and widely used in other cosmetic products like fake eyelash glue, the smell is very similar as well.
If you experience strong allergic reaction to eyelash glue, the glue smell coming from makeup brushes MAY trigger similar allergic reaction, our advice is do not purchase.
Gift Policy
As part of our promotion we may give free gifts with the purchase of promotional items. Any item sent as free gift cannot be returned for credit, we also do not accept dispute/case/complaints on any aspect on gift items. If your paid order is returned for a refund, the accompanying free gift needs to be returned to qualify for a full refund. Free gifts should meet the same return criteria as standard orders, in unused and resalable condition. Thank you for your understanding.
Receiving Your Orders without VAT

Despite the efforts, very occasionally orders do get stuck at customs, in such cases you may choose not to pay the custom fees, then the order will be sent back to us. Once it is received we will issue you with a refund or a replacement at your instruction. If you chose to pay the custom fees to retrieve your order, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for this extra charge.
Shipping & Tracking
Your order will be shipped by Singpost Registered Article. Tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 2 working days for tracking info to be updated on the website, once the item has arrived in your country, you may track your order using your national courier’s tracking, too. In some cases, delivery status may take a few weeks to be reflected.

RETURN POLICIES
We accept 14-day returns where return postage is paid by the buyers.
If there is a free gift included with your purchase, you need to return the paid order as well as the free gift to qualify for a full refund.
The return process is handled by Ebay. To return, please set up a return request and input the tracking number once you have posted the item.
Buyers need to send the item back using a trackable service, and input the tracking number into the case file because Ebay will not release the refund unless the tracking shows delivered. If your return parcel is lost, the refund cannot be processed. Please contact the postal service you used to get your compensation from them.
The return process is automatic and outside of our control, the necessary basis of return is when you input a tracking number that shows successful delivery.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled with immediate full refund if the item has not been dispatched. Once the item has been dispatched order cannot be cancelled. For impulse buy/regret purchase/incorrect order, only partial refund excluding postage will be refunded.
Packaging
All makeup brushes are wrapped in plastic film, then bubble wrapped. Brush sets that come in the pouch/casing will be put into the pouch/casing, then bubble wrapped. We use polymer mailing bags which are tear-proof and water-proof to mail your orders.
Colour Difference
The actual product you receive may have a slight variation in colour compared to photos on the listing due to lighting, camera settings and computer monitor display settings, etc. We will try our best to provide clear product description. However, we cannot accept dispute cases on this basis.
Order Issues or Any Concerns
Ebay encourages buyers and sellers to resolve any issue among themselves first before going through Ebay. If you are not satisfied with the products, please contact us as soon as you can, we strive to work things out with our customers and provide a satisfactory solution that is fair to both parties.

In some cases the delivery status may take a few weeks to reflect but eventually it will.
