- Mondays to Saturdays (11.30am to 8.00pm)

Lunch Hour to AVOID:
- 2.30pm to 3.30pm (Mondays - Saturdays)


STRICTLY NO COLLECTION on SUNDAYS, EVE of PUBLIC HOLIDAYS and PUBLIC HOLIDAYS!

**Puregold.Sg reserves the rights not to attend to ALL Collection BEFORE 11.30am and AFTER 8.00pm



COLLECTION RULES TO ABIDE

1. HARDCOPY E-TICKET VOUCHER

We will only accept PRINTED E-ticket vouchers, STRICTLY NO Mobile Apps will be accepted

**Puregold.Sg DO NOT provide the printing services for ALL customers



2. DUE DATE FOR COLLECTION

Collection will be AVAILABLE Three (3) Working days AFTER the Date of Payment completed

(Three (3) Working days will be excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday)


Example: If payment was made on Wed, 10 Jun 2015, you can collect on Mon, 15 Jun 2015 

STRICTLY NO EARLIER than Three (3) working days for collection!

**PLEASE NOTE: When Qoo10 is running the $50 or $100 coupon sales, the three (3) working days for collection might be delayed a few days later due to the auto-generated system. We seek the understanding from all the customers


3. COLLECTION BY BUYERS

Bring along your OWN IC for identification and you are require
to fill up our record book



4. COLLECTION ON BEHALF OF BUYER

Collector must SHOW us the Buyer's IC, either by:
(a) original IC
(b) hardcopy IC 
(c) through mobile

Collector must write down the below details of the Buyer
on every copy of the E-ticket vouchers:
(a) Full Name
(b) IC number
(c) Mobile number

after our verification, col
lector is require to fill up our record book (details of the Collector)


It is COMPULSORY for ALL the Buyers and Collectors to fill up
our RECORD BOOK EVERY TIME you come for collection

**The purpose of this RECORD BOOK help us to TRACK/RECORD the details of the customer (should there be any issue occur):
(a) Date of Collection
(b) Description of Items collected
(c) Full Name of the customer (as per IC)
(d) LAST 4 digit and the alphabet of the Singapore IC (if is a non-singaporen, please provide FULL IC detail)
(e) Mobile number (this is COMPULSORY, for us to tally your mobile number with the Qoo10 system)
(f) Email address 
(g) Signature of the customer



5. VALIDITY OF THE E-TICKET VOUCHER

ALL E-ticket vouchers that are not collected within the 30 days, will be  AUTO FORFEITED, NO REFUND will be allowed


NO COLLECTION will be allowed for ALL expired E-ticket vouchers. Further queries, please refer to Qoo10 for assistance!


6. NO CLICKING ON THE CONFIRM DELIVERY TAB

Please DO NOT CLICK on the Confirm Delivery Tab at the Qoo10 mobile Apps, under the Q Box - My Orders - Orders - Recent Orders

Once is clicked, NO COLLECTION will be allowed. Under the Qoo10 system, it will showed that you have ALREADY COLLECTED your purchased item!


7. PACKAGING IMAGES
