Product Description

The word ''kaleidoscope'' was first used in 1817. It was derived from 3 Greek words: Kalos, meaning ''beautiful'', eidos, meaning ''shape'', and scopeο meaning ''to look at, to examine''. These came together as kaleidoscope or ''looking at beautiful forms''. This great educational toy never replicates the same beauty twice. With this unique kaleidoscope you can turn it and watch as the gel randomly moves the hearts, stars, moons and more through the unconventional tubing at the front. Everyone will be amazed by this simple toy that utilizes easy principles of prisms, light and color. Everyone loves a good kaleidoscope and this one is great! Use these for any occasion as a party favor or stocking stuffer. They will benefit anyone needing a toy that will amuse and educate children at the same time. It''s also great for the classroom to teach about light and optics, and more! Recommended for ages 6 and older.
