We will not be providing paper bags because we can only buy 10 items per day, per person at the stores, and they only give us about 4~5 papers bags even if we buy 10 items. Therefore, we will not be sending paper bags if you buy 1 item, the promotion items, bracelet, or bangles. we are going to send 1 paper bag if you buy 2 items, 2 paper bag if you buy 3 items, and so on.

Also, although we take our time, and try our best to pick out the items in best condition, sometimes there can be minor scractches on the items, especially on the gold-tone hardware where Kate Spade logo is imprinted, and there can also be small black dots on some of the leather products. This is due to how Kate Spade stores their products at the stores.

Unlike Coach, Kate Spade does not provide their own gift boxes, nor their own dust bags for all of the items except, Bangles/Bracelets, and Retail handbag items.
