1) Nail and Cuticle Cleanser
2) Myrrh Oil
3) Depend Cuticle Cream

Depend Cuticle Cream softens and moisturises the cuticle, providing it with nutrients. The cream is enriched with aloe vera and allantoin. Cares for cracked, dry or damaged cuticles and hastens regeneration.

What you need: Depend Blue or Green Nail Polish Remover without acetone, oil or perfume, an All-Round file, Nail & Cuticle cleanser, Myrrh Oil, Cuticle Cream and a Nailbrush.

Step 1. Allow the Nail & Cuticle Cleanser to work for 2-5 minutes. Clean the cuticle and nail carefully, using the nail brush.

Very carefully, push the cuticle back. If you have white deposits of skin at the root of your nail, remove them with the orange stick.

If necessary, use a nail buffer or orange stick and carefully scrape out to the sides of the nail to remove skin deposits or any other scaling on the nail root or nail plate. Finish cleansing under warm running water. Rinse thoroughly.

Step 2. Apply some Myrrh Oil to the nail, cuticle and under the nail tip, and massage it in for a few minutes. Myrrh Oil provides intensive care for dry nails that chip or crack easily or are soft.

Restores your nails and provides them with nutrients. It has a moisturising effect, strengthens the nail plates and helps to bind them together so that the nails become stronger and more flexible and grow faster.

Step 3. Then apply Cuticle Cream to the cuticle and massage it in for a few minutes. Protects and restores cracked, dry or damaged cuticles and hastens regeneration. Cuticle cream is enriched with aloe vera and allantoin, which soften and moisturise the cuticle, providing it with nutrients.
For a wonderful feeling of general wellbeing, complete the treatment with Hand cream.

Summary: You should clean your nails with Nail & Cuticle Cleanser once a fortnight. Use Myrrh Oil, Cuticle Cream and Hand Cream every night until the desired result is achieved.

It will be 1-4 weeks before you get a satisfactory result, depending on how poor the quality of your nails was to begin with. Be patient – it’s worth it.
