• As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily. I personally uses it and over the years my eye sight improved so much so that my degree went down. I dont need to use reading glasses anymore. I can even watch my favourite soccer match and golf tournament on TV unencumbered by spectacles in bed.

• Among my golfing friends, they acknowledged that my eye sight is the best amongst them as I can spot the golf ball at distance as far as 150m away. Many of my golf kakis are now using this product and happy about it.  Life without healthy good eye sight is meaningless.
  
  
  
• My parents use computers a lot and they take GNC lutein every day to keep their eyes working well. They feel good after regular use of GNC lutein for about a year and like the quality of the product. Compared to other brands, GNC lutein is more expensive but the quality is worth the premium. I recommend this product to those with intensive use of computers.
• I previously tried this and it was effective for the eyes so I'm getting more of this again, especially when I got it on promotion
