This is for one pair of new gel inserts. One for each shoe. So two (2) total just to be absolutely clear. They are approx. 3/8' thick at their thickest point at the end of the heel and taper down to approx. 1/16' as it approaches your arch for maximum comfort.

They measure 4 1/8' long by 2 3/8' wide for ladies size and 4 1/4' long by 2 7/8' wide for men's size. Please choose whether you want men's or ladies. If no choice is made, I will choose based on the name on the order.

They provide excellent cushioning and compress nicely and unlike others, do not raise you up so far as to make your shoe uncomfortable or risk turning your ankle. So you can use these shock-absorbing inserts when walking, running and playing sports.

They actually enhance blood circulation and reduce muscular aches and pains. Great for plantars faciatis sufferers and associated bone spurs in the heel. These can be used in sneakers, shoes, high heels, boots... Also, there is no adhesive, the blue silicone is tacky enough to keep them in place. So they can easily be moved from shoe to shoe but it is much easier just to have a pair in every shoe.

And they are washable, just use warm water and soap. Instructions for use : Remove the plastic backing from one gel insert. Remove the insole from either shoe and place the gel insert (suede cloth side up) at the very back of the heel of the shoe. Replace the original shoe insert. Repeat with other shoe. It does not matter which shoe (left or right) you place them in.
