Instructions: Basic Basmati Rice Recipe: 2.5 cups water; 2 tsp butter (margarine or oil); 1/4 tsp Roland Sea Salt; 1 cup Roland Basmati Rice. Cooking: Bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil with 2 teaspoons of butter (or margarine or oil) and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add 1 cup of rinsed Roland Basmati Rice and stir. Cover and allow to boil again. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Keep covered until served. Yields 3-4 servings.
