Thermally Conductive Adhesive (white paste body);
Thermal conductivity> 0.671W / m.k;
Tensile strength 1.5MPA;
Surface cure time 10MIN / (25 degree celsius)
Scope:
High strength，
Fast bonding effect，
Apply for an immediate strong bond of all kinds of elements，LED And cooling devices， etc.)
Performance:
The thermal conductivity and good insulation， one-component RTV silicone， the product has good conductivity， wide temperature range (-60 ~ 200 degree celsius)，The short term resistance 300 degree celsius high temperature. In addition， a surface curing time is short， strong bond， long storage period， non-toxic， solvent-free and can be safely used in electronics，Electrical， instrumentation，LED Elastic adhesive， heat sinks and other industries， cooling， insulation and packaging.
How to use:
1When using this product directly to the extrusion， rub with the sticky surface， cover immediately after use， to prepare for the trial again;
2Surface fixed speed and air humidity and temperature; the higher the temperature， the faster the curing speed， whereas the more slowly;
3Recommended smear thickness:0.1-0.5mm， The thinner the better.
4Before using the adhesive surface please use a solvent to clean (such as alcohol)， do not use detergent before painting until the surface is clean.
