Delivery Time:

We will mail out your order via Singpost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-5 days after payment date.

Delivery Method and Charges:

We provide free delivery via QExpress. The delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks. 

We do provide delivery via Singpost which offers next day delivery at $25. Please indicate in the memo to seller if you would like to opt for this option. We will follow up with you. 

 Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection at our home office. Our office located at BLK 316 Jurong East St 32. You may email us at sales@themummycloset.com to arrange for collection.

Exchange and Refund Policies:

We accept exchange (with the exception of undergarments due to hygiene issue) if they are sent back to us within 10 days upon receiving the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable, buyers will pay the postage for exchanges. We will mail out the exchange only after we have received the item back. The items for exchange must be in marketable condition including but not exclusive to in its original packaging, clean and not damaged. 

Refund (after excluding listing fees and delivery charges) is possible on case by case basis. 

We take pride in our products and services, if there is any dissatisfaction, we appreciate the buyers could contact us first to resolve any discontent prior jumping directly to leave a negative feedback. 

Viewing and Fitting

As part of our aim of providing better customer services, we do provide viewing and fitting to let our customers to purchase with a peace of mind. If you are interested to take a look of the products prior to purchase, please email us at sales@themummycloset.com to arrange for viewing. In your email, please provide us with at least three viewing time slots at different dates and timings that are convenient for you, the product codes, size and colour of the items that you would like to view. Please do email us at least two days in advance.

Disclaimer:

All the measurements are taken when the clothing is lying flat with plus and minus 1 to 3 cm of differences. Depending on individual's height and stage of the pregnancy, some dresses may need to be worn with leggings / pants / shorts.
