The High Grade (HG) is a line of Gunpla in smaller scales such as 1/144, and is designed as an affordable series of model kits for Gundam fans. High Grade Iron-Blooded Orphans is the first High Grade 1/144 scale line to incorporate complete skeletal inner frames. The design of the Gunpla kits allows interchangeability of armor parts between different kits.

A custom Graze unit used by the Outer Earth Orbit Regulatory Joint Fleet commander, Carta Issue, joins the High Grade IBO lineup as the 17th kit from the series. Its armor and greatsword are resculpted to show the differences from the standard Graze! Features custom blade antennae on head, knight sword, and new shoulder and hip mounted armor. Original Graze equipment such as the rear booster, rifle, and battle axe are included.
