Product Description

This 11-1/2-quart stainless-steel sauce pot has a height of 6-7/8-inch and a diameter of 11-inch. The Grand Gourmet series boasts an outer and inner satin polish and a mirror-finish along the edges. Its stainless steel handles are hollow and tubular for an ergonomic shape that also allows for a stay-cool feature. The handles are welded. The versatile sauce pot is suited for blanching vegetables and fruits and heating or re-heating liquids, stews and sauces. The line has a sandwich, thermo-radiant bottom (stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel) that is concave when cold and flat when hot, making it perfect for use on any type of stove, whether gas, electric, glass ceramic or induction.
