This version can be worn right out of the box and is appropriate for shoes that do not have a removable insole, such as dress, work, and some casual shoes. Tuck the 3/4 length insole into the shoe so that the heel of the insole fits snugly into the heel pocket of the shoe. The insole will be held securely in place by your own body weight.
