Palate : They are round with a beginning of rip tannins, followed by hints of blackcurrant typical of the prestigious wines of Pauillac appellation. Full body wines with a significant length in the mouth.

Recommended serving temperature:17-18° C. Perfect with grilled red meats, but is also enjoyable with shoulder or rack of lamb, rib of beef, grilled entrecote steak, and roast venison. It is ideal with almost all type of cheese.
