REMOVABLE GEL PACKS - 2 pouches inside of the heat & ice wrist wrap allow for easy removal and placement of heat/ice gel packs. Each ActiveWrap hot & cold therapy wrap comes with removable gel packs, which allows for hot or cold treatment. Place gel packs in freezer at least 2 hours for ice / cold hand / wrist therapy. Or, place packs in microwave for warm / hot therapy. Additional packs may be purchased (AWBAWP005, 4.5"x 6.5")
