(50% of the soy sauce of Yagi Sawa shopping in Rikuzentakata, Iwate prefecture).
It is finished in orthodox flavor which broke the southern sesame rice cracker and seasoned it.
The cross section of cracked rice cracker is slightly thick taste which impregnated soy sauce.
