Directions
Farro is easy to prepare and cooks relatively quickly. First rinse the grains, and then place 1 cup of grain with at least 3 cups of water. Bring to a low boil for 15 minutes or until ''al dente'' or chewy. Some people like to add a touch of salt while cooking.Farro is an organic agricultural product. Despite the use of modern cleaning equipment it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Always rinse and sort Farro before cooking.
