Instructions of use:
1.Apply base color (any colour).
2.Apply a layer of gel non-wipe top coat.
3. Use a sponge tipped eyeshadow applicator, or a silicone brush to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface (you can use both technic- apply powder by sponge- then smooth by silicone brush and remove excess of powder by rubber glove).
4. Seal with gel top coat.
